• We only accept returns for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

• Site users submitting images for custom printing must have the right to do so. By uploading an image to the Site, you confirm you own the rights to the image, and have obtained any necessary permissions from any people in the image.
• By uploading an image to the Site, you waive any liability on behalf of the Site, and agree to indemnify us for any claims related to the image.
• By uploading an image to the Site, you grant us and our partners license to use the image to create the agreed-upon underpainting.
• We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to reject images uploaded to the site and do not have to provide a reason why.

• These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
